My passion for helping clients achieve wealth through property is bolstered by my attention to detail and an acute ability to think outside the box. I can assist with leasing, management and sales across all facets of real estate.
What is your WHY for being in business?
My long-term clients are like family to me and have helped fine-tune my empathy and understanding of the real estate market complexities that we all face daily.
Share a unique business challenge you have experienced and how you overcame this?
I left my ex residential property employer of 18 years to join my current role, as scary as it was I already feel this was the best move for me to elevate what I want to learn and achieve in the Perth property market. I now have no barriers or boundaries and can work on all pillars of real estate like commercial, retail, developments and much more.
What’s got you “edge of your seat” excited in your biz right now?
The moving property market and its recovery after the last 5 years down turn, the end of the state emergency, monitoring pricing. Stock levels. This will all go down in March this year, after the election we are waiting with baited breath as to whether the moratorium will be extended or not and what this will mean for tenants, landlords and investors.
