Hi I’m Chelsea and I help home based beauty business owners and sole traders to confidently grow their salons
What is your WHY for being in business?
Because I believe that every woman who wants to be successful should be, by sharing my knowledge and support I know that these women can create profitable well know salons confidently, without feeling lonely, wasting their time, and money as I had to, to be able to learn the business beauty and mindset skills that are going to take them to that next level.
Share a unique business challenge you have experienced and how you overcame this?
I had closed my salon down to work for an elite Cosmetic tattoo studio on the east coast (I’m on the west), Unfortunately due to covid the borders were closed and I was unable to travel over for what i thought would be my dream job. After reassessing my strengths and always mentoring others for free I decided to pivot and start Beauty Business Association and it has definitely been my silver lining.
What’s got you “edge of your seat” excited in your biz right now?
Creating Brunch Events for 2021
What is your favourite biz resource at the moment?
My best resource is always the people I have connections with. I also love listening to audio books and podcasts
