From Support Roles to Account Manager and Specialist
Chason’s story began over two decades ago when she fell into the insurance industry. After working her way up to client account manager and gaining vast experience across all lines of general insurance, including claims management.
It was important to her that she was in a fulfilling role that gave her work life balance over the dollars coming in. She purposely sought out the kind of companies whose values align with hers, who understand as a working mother it can be difficult and you might need to take time away to when your kids are sick or have school events going on.
She also wanted to be able to make insurance reachable and teachable for everyone. It’s not in everyone’s wheelhouse to understand the insurance world and she wanted to be that bridge in the gap between what you know and what you need to know and to make it easy to understand.
Chason joined Westside Insurance Specialists in 2020 and couldn’t be happier.

One particular story involves a client who had been left in the lurch by another broker. Chason was able to provide her with comprehensive insurance coverage for her two businesses in just a few days, leaving a lasting impression on her.
The client emailed late one Tuesday afternoon asking for help as she had 2 businesses that required insurance coverage, and another broker that she had approached had gone radio silent on her.
She gave her a call and asked if she wanted to meet to go over what she needed. An appointment was set up for the following day, where they went through what was required and how soon it was required by.
After a couple of information emails back and forth, the happy client had a quote in her inbox Friday afternoon and by close of business that day, cover was in place and a Certificate of Insurance was emailed through.
This client regularly and happily tells this story to other people when Chason is around and it’s proof that old fashioned communication and service are still highly valued.
