WHO IS HEIDI ANDERSON?
In short, I am High vibin’ BOSS, Mother, Hype Queen, Coach and Creative.
Life for me is a little different these days, I’m elbow deep in shitty nappies, spew and baby cuddles after the birth of my first baby Memphis but as per usual I have shared all these “shitty” and glorious moments with my audience.
Previously a radio chick, I have hung up the headphones for now as I create gold with the Shed Your Shit Movement. When I’m not snuggling my baby boy I am madly typing chapters for my first book, creating self-love workshops/courses and oversharing our new life as parents on our podcast, First-Time Parents.
Before #mumlife, I worked in breakfast radio as a host around the country for TEN years (Perth, Newcastle, Bunbury, Bathurst) sharing too many stories from everyone else’s life!
I do not shy away from important life topics; anxiety, body image, domestic violence, mental health and suicide and five years ago my story went viral with 2 million people watching me open up about living with anxiety. I discovered women wanted a voice, they wanted to be seen and HEARD. So I created a movement. SHED YOUR SHIT. Working in radio, we always did events BUT I never got to put my heart and soul into it like am doing now.
THIS IS ME, this is all me. Everything I have ever wanted is to help women all over the world feel accepted, LOVED, valued. I made the change in my life SO I wanted to help women be the change in their life.
I AM the PR Queen with a very creative brain AND I have over 15 years’ experience in the Media Industry, so I know how the crazy beast works. My “little black book” has a few contacts in it too. With my course ‘How to PR The Shit Out of Yourself’ I am coaching women worldwide and giving them the tools and techniques to think outside the box and show up every day with confidence.
