Recently, on the way back home to Albany, after attending one of our Fusion events in Perth – Em (founder of Be Think Do Coaching) & Tash (Director at local IT company, Concept Tech) had an idea at almost the exact same time.
What if they brought Fusion Biz Co (WA’s leading community for powerhouse female entrepreneurs) to the Great Southern?
They were already well on their way to opening Ideation Co. – a vibrant co-working space for women, and young entrepreneurs in the heart of regional Albany.
They already had a mission in their hearts – to create a community of driven people who turn their dreams into reality and get sh*t done.
And they had the perfect space, connections and drive to make it happen.
To cut a long story short, they did it!
Fusion launched in the Great Southern with 18 founding members.

Megan King
Megs is a creative genius who makes everything from branding and socials – to faces on camera look pretty and professional. Hence why she is the founder of Branding Agency @clickcollectiveco. She works with local, statewide and national businesses to bring their brands to LIFE.
Recently Megs took out first place as the Emerging Ausmumpreneur at the 2020 Ausmumpreneur Awards. Humble as she is, she didn’t expect to win so winged her speech beautifully through happy tears.
Megs is a small but mighty powerhouse mother of 3 who quite literally is taking on the world building multiple businesses, a new house AND planning a wedding right now. She is actually superwoman in disguise!
Emily Smith
Em is a charismatic mum of 2 with an amazing mindset and energy that captivates everyone.
She has many talents, master of mindset, copywriting guru, resident dancing queen who inspires and exudes confidence and positivity wherever she goes.
Her podcast ‘Re-write your story with Emily Smith’ inspires people to see they can change the way they think, in order to change their life. She does this by bravely sharing her own story and guiding her audience through the tools she has used to re-write her whole life.
Emily’s main business hustle is mindset coaching. She uses the powerful tools of NLP, TLT and Hypnosis with clients all over the world 1:1 and in her membership program. She also has holiday accommodation in the beautiful seaside town of Esperance, and now with Ideation Co and hosting Fusion Biz Co – Emily is one multi-passionate woman!
Natasha Wilson
Natasha is the ‘think big ideas’ lady AND tech guru but most importantly she’s always got a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye #englishhumour 😉
She is also the Director of your local IT Specialist Concept Tech and the new fantastic coworking space Ideation Co.
Tasha’s personal values are a great fit for Fusion Biz Great Southern as her primary passion is helping people, and her goal is to help you achieve your dreams.
What you’ll love about Tasha is her infectious laugh, her can-do outlook on life and business and her ever changing hair colour <3
